After-Hours Stock Movers:
Alcoa (NYSE: AA) rose 3% after the aluminum company's revenue topped estimates. Alcoa said it expects 2024 total Aluminum segment production and shipments to remain unchanged from the prior projection.
Equifax (NYSE: EFX) declined 4% after issuing guidance for the second quarter that trailed estimates.
CSX Corp. (NASDAQ: CSX) gained 1.4% after the railroad company published solid first quarter figures, with a slight beat on the bottom line.
Las Vegas Sands (NYSE: LVS) declined 1.4% despite the casino operator beating profit expectations in the first quarter of 2024, as Macau properties underperformed.
Biohaven Pharma (NYSE: BHVN) declined 3% after it commenced an underwritten public offering of $200 million of its common shares.
