Costco (NASDAQ: cOST) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.16 per share, or $4.64 annualized. This is a 13.7% increase from the prior dividend of $1.02.

The dividend will be payable on May 10, 2024, to stockholders of record on April 26, 2024, with an ex-dividend date of April 25, 2024.
