Torrid Holdings Inc. (CURV) Tops Q4 EPS by 4c, provides guidance

Torrid Holdings Inc. (NYSE: CURV) reported Q4 EPS of ($0.04), $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.08). Revenue for the quarter came in at $293.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $276.24 million.

GUIDANCE:

Torrid Holdings Inc. sees Q1 2025 revenue of $277-282 million, versus the consensus of $296.5 million.
Adjusted EBITDA(1) between $31 million and $34 million.

For the full year fiscal 2024 the Company expects:

Net sales between $1.135 billion and $1.155 billion, versus the consensus of $1.169 billion.
Adjusted EBITDA(1) between $106 million and $116 million.
Capital expenditures between $20 million and $25 million reflecting infrastructure and technology investments as well as between 15 and 20 new stores for the year.
