After-hours movers: Adobe Systems slumps; Rivian, Ulta Beauty gain

After-Hours Stock Movers:
Adobe Systems (NASDAQ: ADBE) declined 10% after issuing second quarter revenue guidance that trailed estimates.
Rivian Automotive (NASDAQ: RIVN) climbed 2% after analysts at Piper Sandler upgraded the stock to 'overweight.'
Geron Corp (NASDAQ: GERN) surged over 80% after the FDA voted 12 to 2 in favor of the clinical benefit/risk profile of imetelstat for the treatment of transfusion-dependent anemia in adult patients with LR-MDS.
Ulta Beauty (NASDAQ: ULTA) declined 5%, despite raising full year EPS guidance, after lowering guidance for comp sales.
Madrigal Pharma (NASDAQ: MDGL) climbed 17% after the FDA granted accelerated approval for Rezdiffra (resmetirom) in conjunction with diet and exercise for the treatment of adults with noncirrhotic NASH with moderate to advanced liver fibrosis.
WW International, Inc. (NASDAQ: WW) climbed 7% after it said it was on track to beat first quarter guidance for subscribers.
