After-Hours Stock Movers:
UiPath Inc. (NYSE: PATH) gained 8% after beating estimates for fourth quarter EPS and revenue. It also issued guidance that was somewhat mixed, with softness in first quarter revenue but better results expected for the full year.
SentinelOne, Inc. (NYSE: S) declined 9% after it issued full year guidance that trailed estimates.
AB InBev SA (NYSE: BUD) declined 3% after Altria Group (NYSE: MO) announced plans to sell a portion of its investment in the company.
Under Armour (NYSE: UA) (NYSE: UAA) climbed 6% after it announced that Kevin Plank will become President & Chief Executive Officer, effective April 1, 2024.
Fisker (NYSE: FSR) declined 45% after a report said it hired advisers for a possible bankruptcy filing.
Coherus BioSciences (NASDAQ: CHRS) declined 13% after posting a larger than expected loss per share in the fourth quarter.
Spruce Biosciences (NASDAQ: SPRB) declined 75% after it said its CAHmelia-203 study of tildacerfont in adult classic congenital adrenal hyperplasia with severe hyperandrogenemia did not meet its primary efficacy endpoint.
Turtle Beach (NASDAQ: HEAR) gained 20% after it announced the execution of definitive agreements to acquire PDP, a leading gaming accessories provider.
Robinhood (NASDAQ: HOOD) climbed 3% after analyst at Bernstein initiated coverage on the stock with an 'outperform' rating.
