After-hours movers: MicroStrategy, GitLab, AeroVironment and more

After-Hours Stock Movers:

MicroStrategy (Nasdaq: MSTR) declined 5.5% after it announced plans to offer $600 million aggregate principal amount of convertible senior notes due 2030 in a private offering. MicroStrategy intends to use the net proceeds from the sale of the notes to acquire additional bitcoin and for general corporate purposes.

GitLab Inc (NASDAQ: GTLB) declined 9% after it issued guidance for the first quarter and full year that trailed estimates.

AeroVironment (NASDAQ: AVAV) climbed 15% after the drone maker reported results that topped estimates and issued guidance.

Paymentus Holdings Inc. (NYSE: PAY) climbed 15% after it reported strong results to end 2023, beating estimates on the top and bottom line.

Albemarle Corporation (NYSE: ALB) declined 9% after it commenced an offering of $1.75 billion of depositary shares, each representing a 1/20th interest in a share of Series A Mandatory Convertible Preferred Stock of the Company, in an underwritten registered public offering.

BridgeBio Pharma, Inc. (Nasdaq: BBIO) declined 4% after it commenced an underwritten public offering of $250 million of shares of its common stock.
