GUIDANCE:

ACI Worldwide, Inc. sees Q1 2024 revenue of $300-310 million, versus the consensus of $308.8 million.

Adjusted EBITDA of $25 million to $30 million.

ACI Worldwide, Inc. sees FY2024 revenue of $1.547-1.576 million, versus the consensus of $1.548 million.

We expect adjusted EBITDA to be in the range of $418 million to $428 million with net adjusted EBITDA margin expansion.
