Quad/Graphics (QUAD) Tops Q4 EPS by 10c; offers guidance

Quad/Graphics (NYSE: QUAD) reported Q4 EPS of $0.23, $0.10 better than the analyst estimate of $0.13. Revenue for the quarter came in at $788 million versus the consensus estimate of $758.4 million.

GUIDANCE

The Company’s full-year 2024 financial guidance is as follows:

Annual Net Sales Change of 5% to 9% decline

Full-Year Adjusted EBITDA of $205 million to $245 million

Free Cash Flow of $50 million to $70 million

Capital Expenditures of $60 million to $70 million

Year-End Debt Leverage Ratio (1) of Approximately 1.8x
