Upwork Inc. (NASDAQ: UPWK) reported Q4 EPS of $0.20, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.17. Revenue for the quarter came in at $183.93 million versus the consensus estimate of $178.15 million.

FY 2024 Guidance:
revenue: $760 million to $780 million, versus the consensus of $778 million. Adjusted EBITDA: $125 million to $135 million
Diluted weighted-average shares outstanding: 148 million to 152 million.
Non-GAAP diluted EPS: $0.77 to $0.81, versus the consensus of $0.71.
