Uber (NYSE: UBER) reported Q4 EPS of $0.66, $0.50 better than the analyst estimate of $0.16. Revenue for the quarter came in at $9.94 billion versus the consensus estimate of $9.76 billion.

• Adjusted EBITDA of $1.26 billion to $1.34 billion
