Century Communities (NYSE: CCS) reported Q4 EPS of $2.93, $0.65 better than the analyst estimate of $2.28. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.21 billion versus the consensus estimate of $914.5 million.

GUIDANCE:

Century Communities sees FY2024 revenue of $3.8-4.2 billion, versus the consensus of $3.6 billion.
