CoreSite Realty (COR) Tops Q4 EPS by 38c, offers guidance

CoreSite Realty (NYSE: COR) reported Q4 EPS of $3.28, $0.38 better than the analyst estimate of $2.90. Revenue for the quarter came in at $72.3 billion versus the consensus estimate of $69.22 billion.
Guidance:

Cencora is updating its outlook for fiscal year 2024. The Company does not provide forward-looking guidance on a GAAP basis, as discussed below in Fiscal Year 2024 Expectations. Adjusted diluted EPS guidance has been raised from the previous range of $12.70 to $13.00 to a range of $13.25 to $13.50, versus the consensus of $12.91.
