Apple (NASDAQ: AAPL) announced today that the Apple Vision Pro will be available starting Friday, February 2, at all U.S. Apple Store locations and online.
The Vision Pro introduces a seamless integration of digital content with the physical world, offering powerful spatial experiences through visionOS, according to the press release.
“The era of spatial computing has arrived,” said Tim Cook, Apple’s CEO.
“Apple Vision Pro is the most advanced consumer electronics device ever created. Its revolutionary and magical user interface will redefine how we connect, create, and explore.”
Users can control the device using the most natural and intuitive inputs — their eyes, hands, and voice. The all-new App Store accompanying the Vision Pro provides access to over 1 million compatible apps across iOS and iPadOS, as well as new experiences specifically designed to leverage the unique capabilities of the Vision Pro.
AAPL stock rose 0.4% in early Monday trade.
Pre-orders for the Apple Vision Pro will commence on Friday, January 19, at 5 a.m. PST.
