D. R. Horton (DHI) Raises Quarterly Dividend 20% to $0.30; 1% Yield

D. R. Horton (NYSE: DHI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.30 per share, or $1.2 annualized. This is a 20% increase from the prior dividend of $0.25.

The dividend will be payable on November 28, 2023, to stockholders of record on November 21, 2023, with an ex-dividend date of November 20, 2023.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1 percent.
