Willdan Group (WLDN) Reports In-Line Q3 EPS, provides guidance

Willdan Group (NASDAQ: WLDN) reported Q3 EPS of $0.37, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.37. Revenue for the quarter came in at $132.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $60.47 million.

Fiscal Year 2023 Financial Targets

Willdan is increasing all of its financial targets for 2023 and now expects:

Net revenue growth between 10% and 12%.
Adjusted Diluted EPS between $1.33 per share and $1.38 per share, versus the consensus of $1.31
Adjusted EBITDA between $40 million and $42 million.
