Ingersoll-Rand (IR) Tops Q3 EPS by 8c; offers guidance

Ingersoll-Rand (NYSE: IR) reported Q3 EPS of $0.77, $0.08 better than the analyst estimate of $0.69. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.74 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.68 billion.
GUIDANCE:
Ingersoll-Rand sees FY2023 EPS of $2.81-$2.89 vs consensus of $2.77.
Raising full-year 2023 total revenue growth by 200 bps to a range of 14% to 16% and organic revenue growth1 range expectation by 100 bps to 9% to 11%
Raising Adjusted EBITDA1 guidance to a range of $1,730 to $1,770 million, up 21% to 23% over prior year
