Xcel Energy (XEL) Misses Q3 EPS by 5c, offers guidance

Xcel Energy (NASDAQ: XEL) reported Q3 EPS of $1.23, $0.05 worse than the analyst estimate of $1.28. Revenue for the quarter came in at $3.66 billion versus the consensus estimate of $4 billion.

Guidance:
Xcel Energy narrows its 2023 ongoing EPS guidance to $3.32 to $3.37 versus the consensus of $3.36 from $3.30 to $3.40 per share.
Xcel Energy initiates 2024 EPS guidance of $3.50 to $3.60 per share.
