New Oriental Education (EDU) Tops Q1 EPS by 33c; offers guidance

New Oriental Education (NYSE: EDU) reported Q1 EPS of $1.13, $0.33 better than the analyst estimate of $0.80. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.1 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1 billion.

GUIDANCE:

New Oriental Education sees Q2 2024 revenue of $785-804.2 million, versus the consensus of $804.7 million.
