After-hours movers: Carvana falls after pushing up EPS report, Constellation Brands gains on Elliott agreement

After-Hours Stock Movers:
Aqua Metals, Inc. (Nasdaq: AQMS) 26% LOWER; intends to offer and sell shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering.
HighPeak Energy, Inc. (NASDAQ: HPK) 10% LOWER; announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of shares of its common stock.
Carvana Co. (NYSE: CVNA) 8% LOWER; moved up its earnings date by more than two weeks.
Omnicom Group (NYSE: OMC) 6% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $1.81, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $1.80. Revenue for the quarter came in at $3.61 billion versus the consensus estimate of $3.67 billion.
Constellation Brands, Inc. (NYSE: STZ) 3% HIGHER; announced the election of Luca Zaramella, Chief Financial Officer of Mondelz International, and William (Bill) T. Giles, former Chief Financial Officer of AutoZone, to the companys Board of Directors effective July 18, 2023, following the conclusion of the companys 2023 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. Based on the preliminary results of the Annual Meeting, the 11 incumbent Directors that stood for reelection have each been reelected to the Board for a one-year term. Todays election of Mr. Zaramella and Mr. Giles brings the size of Constellations Board to 13 members and comes as part of a comprehensive Board refreshment and governance enhancement process the company launched following its transition from a dual to a single class share structure last year.
