Alcon (ALC) Tops Q1 EPS by 9c; reaffirms guidance

Alcon (NYSE: ALC) reported Q1 EPS of $0.70, $0.09 better than the analyst estimate of $0.61. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.3 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.24 billion.

GUIDANCE:

Alcon sees Q2 2023 EPS of $2.55-$2.65, versus the consensus of $2.59. Alcon sees Q2 2023 revenue of $9.2-9.4 billion, versus the consensus of $9.29 billion.
