Johnson & Johnson (NYSE: JNJ) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.19 per share, or $4.76 annualized. This is a 5.3% increase from the prior dividend of $1.13.
The dividend will be payable on June 6, 2023, to stockholders of record on May 23, 2023, with an ex-dividend date of May 22, 2023.
The annual yield on the dividend is 2.9 percent.
“In recognition of our 2022 results, strong financial position, and confidence in the future of Johnson & Johnson, the Board of Directors has voted to increase the quarterly dividend for the 61st consecutive year,” said Joaquin Duato, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of the company.
