Tesla (TSLA) board recommends voting to elect Elon Musk, Robyn Denholm and JB Straubel as Class I directors

Tesla (NASDAQ: TSLA) to hold 2023 Annual Meeting of Stockholders on Tuesday, May 16, 2023:

Three candidates have been nominated for election as Class I directors at the 2023 Annual Meeting for a three-year term expiring in 2026.

Upon recommendation of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, the Board has nominated Elon Musk, Robyn Denholm and JB Straubel for election as Class I directors
