Digital Realty Trust (NYSE: DLR) reported Q4 EPS of $1.65, $0.03 worse than the analyst estimate of $1.68. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.23 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.21 billion.

GUIDANCE:

Digital Realty Trust sees FY2023 revenue of $5.7-5.8 billion, versus the consensus of $5.099 billion.
