Meta Platforms (META) Announces Resignation of Chief Accounting Officer

On January 27, 2023, Susan J.S. Taylor informed Meta Platforms (NASDAQ: META) of her decision to resign from her position as Chief Accounting Officer of Meta after a transition period. Ms. Taylor’s decision to resign was due to personal reasons and not as a result of any disagreement with Meta on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices.
