NASDAQ (NDAQ) Tops Q3 EPS by 3c

NASDAQ (NASDAQ: NDAQ) reported Q3 EPS of $0.68, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.65. Revenue for the quarter came in at $890 million versus the consensus estimate of $886.37 million.

2022 EXPENSE AND TAX GUIDANCE UPDATE5:

The company is narrowing its 2022 non-GAAP operating expense guidance to a range of $1,700 to $1,720 million. Nasdaq expects its 2022 non-GAAP tax rate to be in the range of 24% to 25%.
