Workiva Said to Have Drawn Takeover Interest from Private Equity Firms

According to Bloomberg, Workiva Inc. (NYSE: WK) has drawn takeover interest from private equity firms, with Thoma Bravo and TPG being among firms that have held financing discussions with direct lenders to support a potential transaction.
According to people familiar with the matter, a transaction has yet to be agreed and it is possible talks could collapse. Workiva, Thoma Bravo, and TPG declined to comment on the matter.
