Uber (NYSE: UBER) reported Q2 EPS of ($1.33), $1.06 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.27). Revenue for the quarter came in at $8.1 billion versus the consensus estimate of $7.36 billion.

Outlook for Q3 2022

For Q3 2022, we anticipate:

• Adjusted EBITDA of $440 million to $470 million
