Simon Property Group (NYSE: SPG) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.75 per share, or $7 annualized. This is a 2.9% increase from the prior dividend of $1.70.

The dividend will be payable on September 30, 2022, to stockholders of record on September 9, 2022, with an ex-dividend date of September 8, 2022.

The annual yield on the dividend is 6.4 percent.
