Vroom (VRM) Tops Q1 EPS by 30c

Vroom (NASDAQ: VRM) reported Q1 EPS of ($0.71), $0.30 better than the analyst estimate of ($1.01). Revenue for the quarter came in at $923.78 million versus the consensus estimate of $874.09 million.

GUIDANCE:

For the full-year 2022, we expect the following results:

• Ecommerce unit sales of 45,000 to 55,000.
• Adjusted EBITDA(1) of approximately $(375.0) to $(325.0) million.
• Year-end liquidity(2) of $450.0 to $565.0 million.
