ServiceNow (NYSE: NOW) reported Q1 EPS of $1.73, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $1.70. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.72 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.7 billion.

GUIDANCE:

Sees Q2 Subscription revenues OF $1.67-$1.675 billion.
