After-Hours Stock Movers:

Nine Energy Services (NYSE: NINE) 86.4% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of ($0.52), $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.56). Revenue for the quarter came in at $105.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $95.8 million.

Rover Group (NASDAQ: ROVR) 15.8% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.19, $0.20 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.01). Revenue for the quarter came in at $38 million versus the consensus estimate of $36.5 million. Rover Group sees FY2022 revenue of $160-180 million, versus the consensus of $200 million

Clarus (NASDAQ: CLAR) 10% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.45, versus $0.34 reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $118.2 million, versus $75.9 million reported last year. Clarus sees FY2022 revenue of $470 million.

ThredUp (NASDAQ: TDUP) 9.8% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of ($0.18), $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.17). Revenue for the quarter came in at $72.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $69.97 million. ThredUp sees FY2022 revenue of $330-340 million, versus the consensus of $333 million.

908 Devices Inc. (NASDAQ: MASS) 8.4% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of ($0.12), $0.06 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.18). Revenue for the quarter came in at $15.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $15.11 million. 908 Devices Inc. sees FY2022 revenue of $52-55 million.

Mandiant, Inc. (NASDAQ: MNDT) 3.9% LOWER; gives back some intra-day gains of 16% on reports from Bloomberg that Microsoft is no longer interested in buying the company. Earlier reports suggested Google was looking to buy the company.
