Wendy's (WEN) Tops Q4 EPS by 1c, Offers Guidance

Wendy's (NASDAQ: WEN) reported Q4 EPS of $0.16, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.15. Revenue for the quarter came in at $473.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $460.45 million.

GUIDANCE:

Wendy's sees FY2022 EPS of $0.87-$0.91, versus the consensus of $0.89.

• Global systemwide sales growth: 6 to 8 percent
• Adjusted EBITDA: $490 to $505 million
• Adjusted earnings per share: $0.87 to $0.91
• Cash flows from operations: $320 to $340 million
• Capital expenditures: $90 to $100 million
• Free cash flow: $230 to $240 million
