Foot Locker (FL) Raises Quarterly Dividend 33.3% to $0.40; 3.9% Yield

Foot Locker (NYSE: FL) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.40 per share, or $1.6 annualized. This is a 33.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.30.
The dividend will be payable on April 29, 2022, to stockholders of record on April 14, 2022, with an ex-dividend date of April 13, 2022.
The annual yield on the dividend is 3.9 percent.
- The Board has also authorized a new share repurchase program for the repurchase of up to $1.2 billion of Foot Locker, Inc.'s outstanding common stock.
