Five9 (NASDAQ: FIVN) shares fell more than 16% after-hours on the company's disappointing outlook, despite Q4 results coming in better than the Street estimates.
EPS came in at $0.42, beating the consensus estimate of $0.36. Revenue rose 36% year-over-year to a record $173.6 million, above the consensus estimate of $165.38 million, driven by the continuing strength of its Enterprise business where LTM subscription revenue increased 51% year-over-year.
The company expects Q1/22 EPS of $0.12-$0.14, missing the consensus of $0.21, and revenue of $170-171 million, compared to the consensus of $170.6 million.
For the full 2022-year, EPS is expected in the range of $1.12-$1.16, compared to the consensus of $1.12, and revenue in the range of $754.5-757.5 million, compared to the consensus of $748.02 million.
