Zoom Video (ZM) Stock Volatile After-Hours Following Q3 Results

Zoom (NASDAQ: ZM) shares swung between a 6% gain and the flatline after-hours following the company's reported Q3 results, with EPS coming in at $1.11, beating the consensus estimate of $1.09. Quarterly revenue grew 35% year-over-year to $1.05 billion, better than the consensus estimate of $1.02 billion. Number of customers with >$100,000 in TTM revenue grew 94% year-over-year.
The company provided its Q4 outlook, expecting EPS to range from $1.06 to $1.07, compared to the consensus estimate of $1.05. Q4 revenue is expected to be between $1.051 and 1.053 billion, compared to the consensus estimate of $1.02 billion.
CEO Eric Yuan said the company expects to close the year with between $4.079 to $4.081 billion in total revenue, representing approximately 54% year-over-year growth.
