Team (TISI) Misses Q3 EPS by 82c; Management Raises Doubts the Company May Continue as a Going Concern

Team (NYSE: TISI) reported Q3 EPS of ($1.01), 82c worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.19). Revenue for the quarter came in at $217.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $247.12 million.

Management has concluded that there is substantial doubt about the ability for the company to continue as a going concern for at least twelve months.
