Element Solutions (ESI) Tops Q3 EPS by 1c, Offers FY Guidance

Element Solutions (NYSE: ESI) reported Q3 EPS of $0.35, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.34. Revenue for the quarter came in at $616 million versus the consensus estimate of $578.47 million.

GUIDANCE:

Element Solutions sees FY2021 EPS of greater than $1.35, versus the consensus of $1.38.

• The Company updated its full-year 2021 guidance and now expects adjusted EBITDA in the range of $515 million to $525 million, and adjusted EPS of greater than $1.35. In addition, the Company expects fourth quarter 2021 adjusted EBITDA to be approximately $118 million and full-year 2021 free cash flow of at least $265 million.
