Build-A-Bear Workshop (BBW) Tops Q2 EPS by 63c

Build-A-Bear Workshop (NYSE: BBW) reported Q2 EPS of $0.43, $0.63 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.20). Revenue for the quarter came in at $94.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $81 million.

GUIDANCE:

Build-A-Bear Workshop sees FY2021 revenue of $375-385 million, versus the consensus of $347.6 million.

• EBITDA in fiscal 2021 to be in the range of $45 million to $50 million, an increase from the Company’s previous expectation for EBITDA in the range of $28 to $32 million; and
