ANSYS (ANSS) Tops Q2 EPS by 29c, Offers Q3 and FY Guidance

ANSYS (NASDAQ: ANSS) reported Q2 EPS of $1.85, $0.29 better than the analyst estimate of $1.56. Revenue for the quarter came in at $452.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $430.65 million.

GUIDANCE:

ANSYS sees Q3 2021 EPS of $1.22-$1.39, versus the consensus of $1.33. ANSYS sees Q3 2021 revenue of $400-425 million, versus the consensus of $404 million.

ANSYS sees FY2021 EPS of $6.85-$7.15, versus the consensus of $6.96. ANSYS sees FY2021 revenue of $1.84-1.89 billion, versus the consensus of $1.86 billion.
