Simon Property Group (SPG) Raises Quarterly Dividend 7.1% to $1.50; 4.7% Yield

Simon Property Group (NYSE: SPG) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.50 per share, or $6 annualized. This is a 7.1% increase from the prior dividend of $1.40.

The dividend will be payable on September 30, 2021, to stockholders of record on September 9, 2021, with an ex-dividend date of September 8, 2021.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.7 percent.
