Nokia (NYSE: NOK) 7.5% HIGHER; expects to revise upwards its 2021 financial guidance

Equillium, Inc. (Nasdaq: EQ) 6.2% HIGHER; announced the completion of an End-of-Phase 1 meeting with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for itolizumab in first-line treatment of patients with acute graft-versus-host disease (aGVHD). The meeting confirmed a path to advance itolizumab into a single Phase 3 pivotal study to support the Biologics License Application (BLA) filing for itolizumab in first-line treatment of aGVHD patients. The company plans to initiate the Phase 3 study in Q4 2021.

Celldex Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq: CLDX) 0.8% LOWER; announced that it is proposing to offer and sell, subject to market conditions, $175 million of shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering
