Travelers (TRV) Raises Quarterly Dividend 3.5% to $0.88; Approves $5B Buyback

Travelers (NYSE: TRV) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.88 per share, or $3.52 annualized. This is a 3.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.85.

The dividend will be payable on June 30, 2021, to stockholders of record on June 10, 2021, with an ex-dividend date of June 9, 2021.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.3 percent.
