JinkoSolar (JKS) Tops Q3 EPS by 21c, Q4 Revenue Guidance Misses

JinkoSolar (NYSE: JKS) reported Q3 EPS of $1.06, $0.21 better than the analyst estimate of $0.85. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.29 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.3 billion.

GUIDANCE:

JinkoSolar sees Q4 2020 revenue of $1.31-1.43 billion, versus the consensus of $1.52 billion.

• For the fourth quarter of 2020, the Company expects total solar module shipments to be in the range of 5.5 GW to 6.0 GW. Total revenue for the fourth quarter is expected to be in the range of US$1.31 billion to US$1.43 billion. Gross margin for the fourth quarter is expected to be between 13% and 15%.
