UnitedHealth Group (UNH) Tops Q3 EPS by 42c, Revenues Beat; Provides Updated FY20 EPS Outlook

UnitedHealth Group (NYSE: UNH) reported Q3 EPS of $3.51, $0.42 better than the analyst estimate of $3.09. Revenue for the quarter came in at $65.1 billion versus the consensus estimate of $63.96 billion.

• Revenues of $65.1 Billion Grew 8%, led by 21% Growth at Optum
• Net Earnings of $3.30 Per Share and Adjusted Earnings of $3.51 Per Share
• Results Reflect Extensive Consumer, Customer, Care Provider and Community Assistance Initiatives and Other COVID-19 Related Impacts
• Underlying Business Performance Remains Strong
