Kodak (NYSE: KODK) +22%; In a 13G filing on EASTMAN KODAK COMPANY (NYSE: KODK), hedge fund D. E. Shaw & Co., INC. disclosed a 5.2%, or 3,943,770 share, stake in the company.

Gogo (NASDAQ: GOGO) +16.75%; shares climbed post-market Monday after a bankruptcy judge approved Intelsat's bid for the company's commercial unit in a hearing, according to a report from Bloomberg.

T2 Biosystems (NASDAQ: TTOO) +15%; today announced that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has issued Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) for its COVID-19 molecular diagnostic test, the T2SARS-CoV-2™ Panel.

Zoom (NASDAQ: ZM) +9.5%; reported Q2 EPS of $0.92, $0.47 better than the analyst estimate of $0.45. Revenue for the quarter came in at $663.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $500.45 million. GUIDANCE: Zoom sees FY2021 EPS of $2.40-$2.47, versus the consensus of $1.30. Zoom sees FY2021 revenue of $2.37-2.39 billion, versus the consensus of $1.81 billion.

Slack (NYSE: WORK) +3.5%; DocuSign Inc. (NASDAQ: DOCU) +2.8%; shares higher in sympathy with Zoom.

Zosano Pharma (NASDAQ: ZSAN) -12.9%; today announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of shares of its common stock.
