NIO Inc. (NIO) Prices 88.5M ADS Offering at $17?ADS

NIO Inc. (NYSE: NIO), a pioneer in China’s premium smart electric vehicle market, today announced the pricing of the offering of 88,500,000 American depositary shares (the “ADSs”), each representing one Class A ordinary share of the Company (the “ADS Offering”), at a price of US$17.00 per ADS. The Company will grant the underwriters in the ADS Offering a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 13,275,000 ADSs.

Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, China International Capital Corporation Hong Kong Securities Limited and BofA Securities, Inc. are acting as the underwriters for the ADS Offering.
