Redfin (RDFN) Tops Q2 EPS by 15c; Guides Q3 Revenue In-Line

Redfin (NASDAQ: RDFN) reported Q2 EPS of ($0.08), $0.15 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.23). Revenue for the quarter came in at $214 million versus the consensus estimate of $189.1 million.

GUIDANCE:

Redfin sees Q3 2020 revenue of $214-225 million, versus the consensus of $221.4 million.
