Vornado Realty Trust (VNO) Lowers Quarterly Dividend 19.7% to $0.53; 6% Yield

Vornado Realty Trust (NYSE: VNO) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.53 per share, or $2.12 annualized. This is a 19.7% decrease from the prior dividend of $0.66.

The dividend will be payable on August 21, 2020, to stockholders of record on August 10, 2020, with an ex-dividend date of August 7, 2020.

The annual yield on the dividend is 6 percent.
