Brown & Brown (BRO) Tops Q2 EPS by 6c

Brown & Brown (NYSE: BRO) reported Q2 EPS of $0.34, $0.06 better than the analyst estimate of $0.28. Revenue for the quarter came in at $547.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $574.53 million.

J. Powell Brown, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, noted, "Our financial performance for the second quarter reflects the continued dedication and focus of our teammates to serve our customers through these unprecedented times.
