Osmotica Pharmaceuticals plc (OSMT) Prices 5M Share Common Offering at $6.55/Sh

Osmotica Pharmaceuticals plc (NASDAQ: OSMT) announced today the pricing of its previously announced public offering of 5,000,000 ordinary shares at a price to the public of $6.55 per share. All of the shares are being offered by Osmotica. Osmotica also is granting the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 750,000 ordinary shares. The offering is expected to close on July 16, 2020, subject to satisfaction of customary closing conditions.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is acting as sole bookrunner for the offering.
